Shipping Rates and Procedures Bestcomputermemory.net ships all U.S bound package orders via UPS Ground or Fedex. Please contact us at mailto:aBestcomputermemory@insightbb.com if you are interested in shipping to a location outside the United States, and we will provide for you the appropriate international shipping rate. Items will be normally be shipped within 1-3 business days. In the event that time to shipment will be longer, we will contact customers to discuss the delay. International Taxes and TariffsOur shipping prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. For example, Canadian customers will be assessed the 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) or the appropriate HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) or PST (Provincial Sales Tax) when the order arrives. If your product fails within 30 days of purchase, or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the module to us for a full refund, minus shipping costs. First, contact us at bestcomputermemory@insightbb.com . If your memory fails after the initial 30 day period, for your convenience, you will work directly with Crucial Technology. Please contact Crucial directly to obtain an RMA number before sending the product to Crucial. Return Policy Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. You must contact us at bestcomputermemory@insightbb.com before returning the item, and item must be received by Bestcomputermemory.net within 30 days of original purchase, in original condition.
